Our headquarter is in Menaggio on the big floating dock located on the lakefront at the corner with Via Mylius

Cancellation Policy – BOATS WITH CAPTAIN

-Until 24hrs before departure

>For reservation of 1-2hrs: 10% + 15 €

>For reservation of 3hrs: 15% +15 €

>For reservation longer than 3hrs: 20% +15 €

-Until 5hrs before departure: 30%
-From 4hrs to 2 hrs before departure: 50%
-Up to 2hrs before departure/ No-show: 100%
-IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER: For Free
-Admin. costs in case of cancellation: 15 Euro
